Free entitlement funding term 2 (Autumn)

Thursday 5th October 2017

 Adjustment cut off date

Thursday 30th November 2017

 

Free entitlement funding term 3 (Spring)

 Census day

Thursday 18th January 2018

 Adjustment cut off date

Thursday 1st February 2018

Funding adjustments

Should you have any changes in attendance, leavers or new arrivals at your school/academy after the census date, you will need to claim an adjustment to your funding. To do this please use the school adjustment form. You can download this below and send the form to the School Funding team via USO-FX or using secure email. Please do not send children's details by non-secure email.

Please note that any forms received without a signature will not be processed - please ensure that all forms are signed by the headteacher.
