Report an accident, incident or near miss

The council is committed to protecting the safety, health and well being of all its employees, pupils, customers and visitors. In order to fulfil this commitment and comply with legislation the council must ensure that all accidents and incidents are reported, recorded and investigated. 

The Virtual Health and Safety Management System (VHSMS) has been developed to make this process more efficient and less of an administrative burden to community schools and those that buy into our traded services.
